At the health insurance specialists, we are freaks. We all take our health very seriously. For the most part we all have work out routines and eating schedules. Whether your goal is to lose weight–or your in my shoes and want to put on a couple lbs–food is your best friend. Food is just as important (if not more) as hitting the gym. It’s not just enough for you to say “No more McDonalds!” You need to be taking all the correct steps for the best results.

– Find out your BMI or Body mass index. This is an indicator of your body fat. Almost all gyms do this for free as a courtesy.

– After you find your BMI set a REALISTIC goal. Don’t beat yourself up if you only lose 2 pounds or so in 3 weeks. Getting healthy is a process. You would be surprised at the effect 2 pounds will have on your body.

– Portion out your meals, calorie count AND nutrition count. This is an annoying and tedious process but it will be so worth it in the end. Were not all nutritionists so if you want to take this seriously I recommend reaching out to someone who knows what there doing. I personally work with Tamara and Jeremy Watt at Anytime Fitness and they have changed my body for the better. Feel free to reach out to them for amazing results 801-390-1565.

The faster you get healthy and start feeling better the less you need to worry about how your doing. The better your body is the less you have to be at the doctor and I have yet to meet a person that enjoys going to the doctor. Less doctor visits, less stress, less health insurance = cheaper premium. Visit The Health Insurance Specialists to review your policy and see how we can save you money now that you have that rockin, sexy body you’ve been working so hard on.
